Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WorldRadio's website and mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

WorldRadio is a directory and player for live radio stations. Station listings and stream links are provided by the community-run Radio Browser project. We aggregate and present this information for your convenience; we do not host, own, or control the audio streams themselves.

Radio content

Each radio stream is owned and operated by its respective broadcaster and is subject to that broadcaster's own terms. We do not guarantee that any station will be available, accurate, uninterrupted, or free of content you may find objectionable. Stations may change or stop broadcasting at any time without notice. If you are a rights holder and believe a listing is incorrect, please contact us.

Subscriptions and billing

WorldRadio offers an optional paid subscription ("Pro") that removes ads and unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or overload it, scraping it at scale, circumventing access or security controls, or using it to infringe others' rights or violate any applicable law. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you listen.

Intellectual property

The WorldRadio name, logo, app, and website design are our property or used under license. Radio content, station names, and logos belong to their respective owners. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Radio Browser, Apple, Google, and our subscription provider. The Service may also link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldRadio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
